A wide series of talented singers graces the perfectly crafted soulful notes of this record, including Gregory Porter, José James, Melanie Charles, Bridgette Amofah, Alice Ricciardi, Veronika Harcsa, Nailah Porter, and Ghalia Benali.
Five - The Sure Co.
The Sure Co. is a collaboration between drummer Richard Spaven and pianist Grant Windsor. The project, 5ive, also features Neville Malcolm on bass and Nailah Porter on vocals. While working on so many projects both touring and recording together – José James, Gregory Porter, Nailah Porter, Ty – Richard, Grant and Neville often discussed putting together a band. While on the road in Germany with Nailah Porter, during a soundcheck, it was decided that it was time to produce The Sure Co. record.
